Throughout the years, we have achieved incredible results, treating all kinds of aches, pains and injuries experienced by people across a variety of ages, from children to the elderly, pre and postnatal women to tradies and office workers.

We pride ourselves on accurate and specific diagnosis of your musculoskeletal complaint. Osteopathic treatment includes appropriate, researched-based techniques – coupled with specific management to inform and educate you, aiming to address the cause of your issue and prevent reoccurrence.
What do we do?
Looking for visual indicators to determine any asymmetries and using palpation to feel for healthy or dysfunctional muscles, tendons, joints, and ligaments, we work by using soft tissue, stretching, and manipulating the body to ensure it is restored to its most natural state.
There is no one size fits all treatment option with Osteopathy, meaning each patients treatment journey will vary.
Here at The Osteopath on the Sunshine Coast, we spend quality time with you to determine the crux of the issue and once discovered, we’ll discuss the best course of treatment with you to ensure maximum outcomes are achieved.
How we do it.
As highly trained and expertly skilled Osteopaths, we use a holistic treatment method to remedy all kinds of ailments using a range of gentle to more vigourous techniques. When considering a treatment plan, the best techniques to use will be determined post diagnosis, with your needs and considerations coming into play.
With a focus on the musculoskeletal system as a whole, we treat the soft tissue areas of your body, as well as working on your spine and nervous system.
